Boris Binkowska, 41, has been a Managing Partner at H/Advisors Gauly, a leading consultancy for strategy and communications, since September 1, 2026. Boris has been working for H/Advisors Gauly since August 2022, most recently as Managing Director since July 2024. In his new role, he continues to be responsible for coordinating and strategically developing this business area as Head of Public Affairs & Government Relations Germany. He advises clients on strategic communications at the intersection of business, politics, and national security – from (geo)political and regulatory issues to M&A and restructuring, as well as crisis communications.
Before joining H/Advisors Gauly, Boris Binkowska served as Personal Advisor to a party leader and a Federal Minister of Defense. Through his positions in political Berlin, he has gained in-depth knowledge of decision-making processes at the federal level as well as an extensive network in politics, media, and business.
