Cathrin Sengpiehl

Cathrin Sengpiehl is a member of the management team at H/Advisors Deekeling Arndt and serves as Managing Director. She advises companies on strategic communications and transformation initiatives. Her areas of expertise include the development of strategic narratives, reputation building, agenda setting, and the design and execution of integrated communications campaigns. In her work, she combines strategic counsel with stakeholder engagement and cross-channel activation.

Before joining H/Advisors Deekeling Arndt, Cathrin spent six years as the spokesperson for a private foundation and previously worked for seven years in communications consulting. She brings extensive experience in strategic media relations, C-level positioning, crisis communications, and campaign management. Cathrin studied History and Applied Cultural Studies at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and Cultural and Media Studies at the Hamburg University of Music and Theatre.
